Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time, typically ranging from one to five minutes or more. It targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, tendons, and fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga, Yin Yoga focuses on relaxation and surrender, often incorporating elements of mindfulness and meditation. It's a wonderful practice for promoting deep relaxation, flexibility, and a sense of inner peace.
